The Systems Implementation Manager will be responsible for managing the systems implementation team and managing the development, testing and implementation of technology projects. These responsibilities include managing strategic projects, managing ongoing innovation and automation of all technology platforms, overseeing the development and testing of solutions, and communicating to all relevant parties the status, issues, and implementation milestones.Essential Duties & ResponsibilitiesManage complex development projects including responsibility for project timelines, deliverables, and resource management during all project phases from requirements gathering through go-live and post deployment support.Manages the implementation team members including goals, tasks, reviews, and escalated management of issues and roadblocks.Formal and informal communication of status, issues, milestones, and progress with all constituents including executive management.Protects the company by handling sensitive and protected business information with appropriate safeguards and confidentiality.Manages the development of comprehensive technical specifications, use cases, test conditions, and training documentation to support the successful implementation and ongoing operation of initiatives and processes.Communicates effectively and often with key business constituents and within the systems team.Education & Training RequirementsBA/BS degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or BusinessSalesforce platform experience preferredEMR Implementation experience preferred5+ years of experience as a Project Manager, Implementation Manager, or Consulting Manager delivering end-to-end systems solutionsSoftware development experience aross the entire systems lifecycle (requirements, design, build, test, implement, support)Experience implementing integrations between platforms (Salesforce preferred)Experience in Financial Services/Insurance and/or Healthcare/Life Sciences preferredOther QualificationsAbility to both work independently with minimal supervision and work effectively in a collaborative team environmentAnalytical Ability - strong problem-solving skills, ability to multi-task, and a high degree of emotional intelligenceCommunication - excellent written and oral communications skills, relationship focus, and strong technical and business acumen; ability to explain complex topics to a wide range of audiences with empathy, clarity and brevityProject management – can manage and communicate multiple projects simultaneouslyPlanning/organizing — Prioritize and plan work activities and use time efficientlyQuality control/Attention to detail — Demonstrate accuracy and thoroughness; monitor own work to ensure quality and apply feedback to improve performanceProficient with Microsoft Office Suite: Word, Excel, PowerPointPhysical Effort & Working ConditionsWork is performed remotely (home office) or in a normal office setting in our Overland Park, KS headquarters with minimal exposure to health or safety hazards.
