AtkinsRéalis has the depth and breadth of expertise to respond to the most technically challenging and time-critical infrastructure projects and the urgent transition to a low-carbon economy.How will you contribute to the team?Develop project controls systems, tools and templates which includes manage end-user set up; maintain data integrity and perform quality assurance checks; capture site snapshots and close out monthly periods; create and maintain portfolios, projects and PCS structures within the system; provide reporting from system data.Utilize broad project controls knowledge to determine data and information for elevated reporting functions with limited oversight.Main point of contact between end users, IT dept and external system integration partners, to ensure data flow is maintained between systems. Must be able to identify and resolve system integration errors.Provide staff co-ordination and resource plans, project assignments, workload deliverables, and cost and schedule status updates.Provide management and training to system and tool end-users, to ensure understanding and adherence to all published processes and procedures; ensure end-users understand how to utilize the CMS and ERP systems, and the external tools and templates that are used for system integration. Provide system troubleshooting support for end users.Develop processes, procedures and work instructions on scopes developed and implemented to support day-to-day end user management.Create, maintain and debug macro-driven Excel importing templates and tools for end-users, to allow for automated data upload from external sources. Must be able to interpret client data from other systems and sources and transform it into client compatible formats.Perform quality assurance checks on all data using knowledge and experience to determine non conformances.Manage manual system inputs to override data, when system-generated coding is incorrect and needs to be overridden to ensure accurate reporting.Create, maintain, and update bespoke reporting dashboards in Power BI - design and build report layouts within Power Apps/Power BI; export, convert and merge complex data from multiple systems per the reporting deliverable timetable, and publish updated dashboards to SharePoint for review.Support Cost and Schedule integration to incorporate schedule related data into execution of cost management scopes of work providing single source of truth.Support continuous improvement scopes of work and have a direct and profound effect on a data-driven organization. What will you contribute?Bachelor's degree in IT, engineering, Construction, Quantity Surveying or a related field, or 5 years of relevant experience, or alternatively 5+ years proven experience directly in Project Controls related systems and reporting scopes of work.Fluent in the use of Power Apps to develop reporting solutions.General understanding of all Project Controls disciplines and data associated with each discipline.Familiar with energy industry working practices and methodologies.Be comfortable innovating and leading initiatives and decision making on behalf of client for systems related matters.Maturity in Front End, Engineering, Procurement and Construction scopes of work in both a cost and schedule driven capacity.Detailed experience cost, finance and schedule management software.Must be able to identify and resolve data integration issues between systems and be able to provide end-user training and troubleshooting support.Practitioner in the use of PowerBi software for report development and management as part of Project Controls functionality requirements.Must be articulate, have clear and analytical approach to problem solving, and good decision-making abilities.Must have good communication skills.Must generally understand and utilize Information Technology in the performance of work including Internet, Intranet, Microsoft Windows OS, Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite and other related systems.What we offer at AtkinsRéalis:AtkinsRéalis realizes that health, mental and financial wellbeing, are all equally needed to achieve balance in life.
