Description

This position is the first point of contact for the Systems Department and Help Desk for the Biltmore Hotel, Biltmore Golf Course, and Granada Golf Course. The Systems Analyst provides services by implementing administrative and office support. Duties may include fielding telephone calls, receiving and directing vendors/visitors, word processing, creating spreadsheets, filing, and providing accurate inventory of the department's supplies. Extensive software skills are required, as well as internet research abilities and strong communication skills. This position requires consistent adherence to the policies and procedures of the department as outlined in the Biltmore Standard Operating Procedures (BSOP).

Responsibilities

• Assign Help Desk tickets.

• Maintain the supply inventory for all hardware and software systems. This includes generating purchase orders, receiving vendor quotes, and researching prices on all supplies, etc.

• Provide administrative tasks to keep ordering, invoicing, shipping/receiving, and online tracking organized.

• Assist with day-to-day systems tasks.

Experience and Education Required

Education

HighSchool Diploma Preferred

Experience

A minimum one year of administrative experience preferred
