What you get to do every day: Supports a Tier 2/Tier 3 desktop services support team providing: On-call desktop software and on-call support for a broad user base End user device support for workstations, monitors, client devices, voice devices, printers, scanners, plotters and personal IT devices Desktop image management Home directory and profile support services Operations services for directory, authentication and user account management DNS/DHCP domain services Patch management support for windows devices across multiple networks Performs advanced software installations and upgrades to operating systems and layered software packages Develops technical solutions for the management of networks, software, hardware, configurations, and architectures Clearance: Active TS (SCI eligibility) clearance and eligibility to obtain a CI poly is required upon application for initial consideration **This position is not open for any clearance upgrades or sponsorship.** Education/Experience: Requires Bachelor's Degree in Computer Programming, Science, Engineering or a related technical discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, technical training, or work/military experience; 5+ years of experience
