JOB SUMMARY
It is expected that the Systems Administrator will use the latest tools to develop and deliver solutions in support of our infrastructure and the clients' needs.
Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or equivalent; related work experience may be substituted for the degree requirement
Desired: Microsoft 365 Certified: Endpoint Administrator Associate
Experience with Microsoft Office 365 services and concepts (Intune, Entra ID, Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint Online, Teams, etc.)
Configuration Management principles (Intune/MECM, AutoPilot, patch management, vulnerability remediation).
Minimum of four years of providing technical support in a professional IT environment
Experience with Public Cloud Infrastructure, such as Office365 and Azure
Relevant knowledge of at least one scripting language, preferably PowerShell
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Strong multi-tasking skills
Must be able to work independently
RESPONSIBILITIES Deploy, Configure and Manage Unified Endpoint Management tools such as Microsoft Intune, VMware Workspace ONE and Datto RMM.
Manage remote desktop management and software deployments using Microsoft Intune, VMWare, Workspace ONE and Datto RMM platforms.
Manage Microsoft Defender Configuration and Policies
Perform Windows image build and maintenance using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit
Provide Windows 10/11 desktop support and administration.
Troubleshoot issues with laptops/desktops, network, general user issues.
May be responsible for oversight of project documentation, end user training, schedules, resource utilization coordination on complex solutions projects.
Perform other related duties as assigned.
