ProTech is seeking a Sys Admin/Tier II IT Support Analyst for a hybrid direct hire position in Memphis, TN.
Summary for Sys Admin/Tier II IT Support Analyst :
This job is for a motivated Enterprise IT Support Specialist that would like to learn about a broad range of technologies early in their career in a large global enterprise environment. This position will be responsible for providing desktop/systems support to a small VIP group of users and to global site IT staff located in 115 locations globally. The candidate must be willing to travel as needed.
Duties for Sys Admin/Tier II IT Support Analyst : Provide Desktop Support for VIP Corporate users located in remote Corporate Offices. Provide Corporate IT support to local IT staff by resolving and triaging tickets that are submitted from our site IT admins. Support would be provided to site IT staff and not users. This would include resolution of problems in Corporate provided systems like: CATO SASE platform for firewall, IPS, and web filtering Microsoft 365 email/Teams/One Drive Qualys Asset/Patch/Vulnerability Management Trend Apex One/Deep Security CyberArk MFA KnowBe4 Rapid 7 IVM/IDR Support a global Active Directory infrastructure consisting of multiple domains geographically dispersed across different business units. Assist with support of the data centers as time permits: Server backups, patching and administration. Basic hardware support for VMWare, storage, switches, and backups. Test and verify VMWare SRM Replication for disaster recovery. Documentation of processes and disaster recovery plans. Assist with global projects as time permits. Job Requirements for Sys Admin/Tier II IT Support Analyst : The ideal candidate would be someone with 0-3 years of experience that wants to learn a broad range of technology early in their career preparing them for many opportunities of future career growth options. Experience in the following would be a plus: Desktop Support Systems/Server Administration End-Point Protection software Experience with any of the IT solutions mentioned above. Excellent verbal and written communication, interpersonal skills and a professional demeanor are very important in this role. You will be dealing with many people across the globe that speak English as their second language. Any IT certifications already obtained would be a plus.
