Job Description and Duties This is a Limited Term position for a duration of 12 months that may be extended up to 24 months and/or may become permanent. California Public Employees' Retirement System (CalPERS) seeks an Associate Governmental Program Analyst (AGPA) in the Customer Education and Outreach Division (CEOD) for the Administration, Reporting, & Coordination Unit.
Under the supervision of the Staff Services Manager I, this position is responsible for coordinating myCalPERS system releases including user access testing, document findings, identify workarounds and working with subject matter experts across the Division. Coordinate projects such as workload management, the myCalPERS user access review, and the cost effectiveness measurement. Act as the lead for division information assets and their retention schedules.
