Responsibilities
• Support assembly and verification of tanks prototype builds• Act as primary interface between sub-system engineering and build shop• Develop cohesive build team environment• Write Material Requests (MRs)• Direct mechanics in assembly of vehicle and subsystems• Monitor Engineering Bill of Materials (BOM) maturity• Utilize and update prototype build BOM• Keep team lead informed on build and verification status• Track material receipts and address issues• Generate Engineering Problem Reports
Requirements
• Bachelor of Science in Engineering required, preferably Mechanical Engineering• Mechanical aptitude• Experience in prototype environment• Ability to work independently• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment• Strong technical writing and presentation skills
