About Business Architecture:Business Architecture (BA) team is a dynamic strategic organization at the forefront of the Citi Transformation efforts. We act as a catalyst across businesses and functions driving the transformation of Citi into a simpler, customer-centric organization. We are responsible for partnering with business lines and functions to establish and execute the framework, which includes developing enterprise-wide taxonomies, publishing standard playbooks and procedures. We also provide the Businesses and Functions with ongoing governance, program oversight, and reporting to ensure consistency, control, and accountability as it relates to the program. We partner with the business to develop the frameworks that are the foundations of everything we do.The Process Ownership Accountability Execution Lead will partner with stakeholders in the organization to lead the execution and operationalization for development of the framework and technology solutions for the enterprise operating model designed to meet BA Process Governance related Policy and Standard in the businesses and functions. They will understand the broader objectives established by the BA Process Ownership leadership team and BA more broadly to strategically form a sustainable approach in agreement with Citi's Business and Functions leads. The role will also require coordination with other enterprise areas executing the inter-dependencies to BA to ensure a consistent solution. Responsible for executing on overall BA priorities.Excellent communication skills required to negotiate internally at various levels across impacted groups. Developed communication skills are required to guide and influence others. The ideal candidate will have experience understanding organization design to develop operating models with the ability to design and articulate accountability and operating controls.Responsibilities:Responsible for understanding the BA methodology to drive the execution and operationalization in the organization with stakeholder accountability across the enterpriseDeep contribution to the delivery of multiple BA transformation programs – including all phases of project planning and discovery, business requirements documents for platforms, interaction with other BA Process Ownership teams and Technology development, providing expertise during user testing, and achieving final operationalization with all required controls and proceduresParticipate in BA operational model design including operational standards and procedures, stakeholders' roles and responsibilities, necessary operating controls and monitoring requirementsProvide inputs to transformation programs on required analytics, calculations, dashboards and workflows to enable delivery of seamless stakeholder role-based operational process and platform journeys for Businesses / Functions and BAPerform deep-dives, peer reviews, & on the ground support for BA transformation requirements; serve as a SME (subject matter expert) and primary point of contact that the organization can leverage for expertise and adviceAs an SME, in various forums articulate the BA transformative improvements and as process and platform requirements with crisp presentations toBusinesses / Functions stakeholders to inform, influence and get their buy-insAbility to analyze and derive insights from large amounts of complex information, to make informed process and platform requirements recommendationsAbility to communicate progress, status and highlight key risks and issues at various levels of the organization and in a timely basisAppropriately assess risk when business decisions are made, demonstrating particular consideration for the firm's reputation and safeguarding Citigroup, its clients and assets, by driving compliance with applicable laws, rules and regulations, adhering to Policy, applying sound ethical judgment regarding personal behavior, conduct and business practices, and escalating, managing and reporting control issues with transparencySkills and Qualifications:10+ years of experiencepreferred in a mix of the following functions: Good understanding of technology development life cycle from articulation of detailed business requirements to testing and operationalization;Operatingcontrols / monitoring governance frameworks and controls design; policies and operational standardsProject management knowledge and experience working with diverse group of stakeholders to achieve milestones and deadlines and capability to handle multiple projects at one timeMeaningful knowledge of the risk management framework, including risk identification, risk appetite and strategy, risk-related decisions, processes and controls, risk analytics and governanceExperience working horizontally across an organization and participating in enterprise-wide implementations of major policy and relevant risk programsWell-developed listening skills and a strong ability to engage with stakeholders by providing proactive support and advice on a variety of subject mattersSuperior oral and written communication skills, and in particular ability to assess and contribute to the content of key risk and control reportingStrong demonstrated experience with a proven track record in driving positive and sustained changeStrong ability to engage at the various management levels and demonstrated communication experience at different levels of organizationBroad knowledge and understanding of banking operationsComfortable with providing, and open to accepting independent review and challengeShould have Excellent proficiency in data profiling and Microsoft Office – particularly Excel (metrics and data analysis), PowerPoint (creation of crisp presentation decks), and Word (writing and editing procedural and requirements documentation)Strong analytical, critical thinking and problem-solving abilitiesExcellent judgment for independent decision-making – coupled with knowing when to reach out for guidanceStrong attention-to-detailsEducation:Bachelor's/Universitydegree, Master's degree preferred------------------------------------------------------Job Family Group:Project and Program Management------------------------------------------------------Job Family:Program Management------------------------------------------------------Time Type:Full time------------------------------------------------------Primary Location:Tampa Florida United States------------------------------------------------------Primary Location Full Time Salary Range:$130,880.00 - $196,320.00In addition to salary, Citi's offerings may also include, for eligible employees, discretionary and formulaic incentive and retention awards.
