Our team is seeking a Senior Vice President to join our digital team in New York, NY or Washington DC to who can lead teams crafting, and executing digital strategy for clients ranging from corporations and advocacy groups to media start-ups and industry leaders. We are looking for someone that is on the cutting edge of digital trends and technologies. This person should thrive in a fast-paced environment, want to work in a team-oriented environment, and be inclined to seek out challenges and opportunities.
What You Will Be Doing: Run large engagements, including providing leadership for multiple digital and cross-team accounts, serving as strategy lead, project manager, and point person responsible for client successes. · Help manage the digital team by streamlining processes, identifying and proposing solutions to staffing problems, and ensuring tools that assist the team in its work are created and updated, including press lists, proposals, client onboarding documents, brainstorming manuals, and any other resource documents.
· Engage, with colleagues to ensure cross-company working, and continually improved firm-wide processes.
· Be a trusted advisor, demonstrating the experience, knowledge, and subject matter expertise to diagnose and resolve client problems and create value.
· Manage junior and mid level employees including monthly check-ins, goal setting, and running reviews with Partner & provide formal feedback.
· Support the partner in the strategy for the growth of the team and ensure that processes, norms and practices are in place to deliver on our client contracts. 
· Provide the digital team as a group, and as individuals with leadership that maintains morale levels, encourages collegiality, and nudges people to be the best staffer they can be day-to-day.
· Setting strategic vision for client engagement, project, content.
· Oversee content creation including review, edit, and provide feedback on materials from junior staff.
· Contribute to the new business process by developing leads for additional work with existing clients and new projects, own the process of new business proposals by leading brainstorms, putting together proposals, presenting and running the pitch process.
· Help Partner in marketing the firm, including updating case studies, working with the marketing team to generate new ideas, looking for opportunities for new clients, and representing the firm at events, functions and in the media.
What We Are Looking For: 12+ years of excellent experience in digital communication either in house, agency, political campaign, government, or consultancy environment. Experience managing strategic communications programs and sensitive communications issues. Ability to motivate colleagues and develop junior staff. A strong track record managing high profile, multifaceted projects and campaigns. Experience in the new business process. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Creative, energetic, detail-oriented and possesses an entrepreneurial spirit. Due to the pandemic, we required all employees to be vaccinated against COVID-19. We are currently working in a hybrid model and require staff to work in the office 10 days a month.
