Survey Cad Technician

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:Development of survey plans and construction documents working on complex CAD projects under the direction of a Professional Land SurveyorWork efficiently, multi-task and work in a deadline-driven environmentPerform work in an accurate and timely mannerHandle multiple assignments with competing prioritiesMaintain company CAD standards throughout the projectsKey Qualifications:1-2 years of progressive survey work experience or Associates Degree in CAD related fieldWorking knowledge of topographic and boundary surveys, ALTA/NSPS Land Title Surveys, subdivisions, easement and vacation platsMicrostation experience preferredExceptional client service skills as well as in a team environmentSelf-starting, requiring minimal supervision once trainedGeneral knowledge of MS OfficeGood communication skillsOffers high growth potential and a comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, life, disability, PTO days, and an employer matching 401(k) program.We are looking forward to receiving your resume & going over the position in more detail with you.Please submit a resume for consideration.
