Kelly®- Support Specialist Sr As a Support Specialist Sr, you will be the frontline liaison between our company and our valued clients. Your primary responsibility will be to address inquiries, complaints, or suggestions from both internal and external clients regarding our services or products. You will provide detailed information about our offerings, troubleshoot issues, and ensure a smooth resolution to any concerns.
Schedule 8am - 5pm, Monday to Friday
Location: Florence, SC 29501
Support Specialist Sr Responsibilities: Respond promptly and professionally to phone inquiries from clients, addressing their questions or concerns with accuracy and efficiency.
Provide comprehensive information about our company's services, products, and materials, demonstrating in-depth knowledge and expertise.
Utilize specialized skills and experience to handle complex inquiries or escalated issues, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with internal teams to resolve client issues promptly, maintaining effective communication throughout the process.
Document all interactions and resolutions accurately in our systems, ensuring thorough record-keeping and tracking of client communications.
Support Specialist Sr Mandatory Skills: Minimum of 7 years of relevant experience in a customer support or similar role.
Possess specialized skills that are essential for effectively handling client inquiries and issues.
Bilingual skills are advantageous and may be required based on client demographics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and identify trends.
Demonstrated ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks to meet deadlines.
Experience in analyzing data is a plus, enhancing your ability to provide insights and solutions to clients.
