Support Specialist - Remote Work

AutoNation is seeking a dynamic and proactive Support Specialist to join our team on a part-time basis, working remotely from Chicago, Illinois. As an Associate Level Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to our customers, assisting with troubleshooting and issue resolution, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:1. Respond to customer inquiries and issues via phone, email, or chat.2. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide solutions to customers.3. Document customer interactions and resolutions in the system.4. Coordinate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed.5. Provide training and assistance to customers on using our products and services.6. Collaborate with the product development team to provide feedback on customer issues and suggest improvements.7. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices in technical support.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a technical support or customer service role.2. Energetic and independent personality traits.3. Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills.4. Excellent presentation and communication skills.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Proficiency in using customer support software and tools.7. High school diploma or equivalent.
