Job Description:

Netskope is currently seeking a motivated and adaptable Support Specialist to join our team in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to customers through various channels, including phone, email, and chat. You will also work closely with our engineering team to troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner.

Responsibilities:- Respond to customer inquiries and provide technical support via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to our software products- Collaborate with the engineering team to escalate and prioritize customer issues- Document customer interactions and provide feedback to improve product functionality- Assist in testing new features and updates before they are released to customers- Provide training and guidance to customers on how to use our products effectively- Stay up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to better serve our customers

Requirements:- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a technical support role- Adaptable and motivated individual with excellent communication skills- Ability to work well under pressure and multitask in a fast-paced environment- Basic knowledge of networking and cloud-based technologies- Experience with ticketing systems and CRM software is a plus
