Job Description:
Cablevision Systems is currently seeking a part-time Support Specialist to join our team in Dallas, Texas. As a Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and assisting with various troubleshooting and problem-solving tasks. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Provide timely and accurate technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to internet, cable TV, and phone services- Document and track customer inquiries and resolutions in our internal system- Collaborate with other team members to escalate complex issues as needed- Assist with testing new products and services before they are launched to customers- Stay up-to-date on the latest technologies and industry trends to better assist customers- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all times
Requirements:- 2 years of experience in a technical support role- Adaptable and energetic personality- Strong interpersonal and communication skills- Creativity and attention to detail- Ability to work independently and as part of a team- High school diploma or equivalent- Knowledge of cable TV, internet, and phone services is a plus
