Job Description:

Cameron International is seeking a Support Specialist to join our team in Chicago, Illinois on a part-time basis. As a Support Specialist at Cameron International, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our team members and clients. This role is ideal for a resourceful and motivated individual with strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Responsibilities:1. Providing technical support to team members and clients via phone, email, or in person.2. Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues with software, hardware, and other systems.3. Assisting with the installation and configuration of software and hardware.4. Documenting support processes and solutions for future reference.5. Collaborating with other team members to ensure that support requests are resolved in a timely manner.6. Participating in training sessions to stay up-to-date on new technologies and products.7. Providing support for remote team members and clients as needed.8. Maintaining a positive attitude and providing excellent customer service at all times.

Requirements:1. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar support role.2. Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.3. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.4. Resourceful and motivated with a strong attention to detail.5. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.6. Technical proficiency with software and hardware systems.7. Experience with remote support tools and software.8. Knowledge of basic networking principles.9. Availability to work part-time hours.
