Job Description:
Markel is seeking a part-time Support Representative to work from home in Denver, Colorado. This entry-level position requires at least 1 year of experience. The ideal candidate will possess confidence, drive, cooperation, and innovation skills. As a Support Representative, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients, assisting with inquiries, resolving issues, and maintaining a positive relationship with each customer.
Responsibilities:1. Handle incoming customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist customers with product information, troubleshooting, and issue resolution.3. Document customer interactions and accurately update customer records in the database.4. Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex customer issues.5. Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance customer experience.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and industry trends to provide accurate information to customers.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics, including response time, resolution time, and customer satisfaction.
Requirements:1. 1+ years of experience in customer service or a related field.2. Confident and driven individual with a strong work ethic.3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.5. Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite and CRM systems.6. High school diploma or equivalent required.
