Support Representative - Remote Work

Leucadia National is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. This is a remote work opportunity for an entry-level candidate with at least 1 year of experience in a customer support role.

Responsibilities:1. Provide top-notch customer service through phone, email, and chat support channels.2. Assist customers with product inquiries, technical issues, and order processing.3. Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.4. Collaborate with other team members to improve customer satisfaction and retention.5. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.6. Stay up-to-date on product knowledge and company policies.
