Support Representative

Job Description:

Yum Brands is seeking a part-time Support Representative to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Support Representative, you will play a crucial role in assisting our customers and providing exceptional support. This position is at the Associate Level and requires a minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.

Responsibilities:1. Provide high-quality customer service through phone, email, and chat support.2. Assist customers with inquiries, troubleshooting, and problem resolution.3. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.4. Collaborate with internal teams to address customer concerns and escalate issues as needed.5. Contribute to the development of support processes and procedures.6. Identify opportunities for improvement in customer support and recommend solutions.7. Meet or exceed performance metrics for response time, resolution rate, and customer satisfaction.

Requirements:1. Reliable and confident individual with a strong work ethic.2. Excellent people management skills and the ability to work well in a team environment.3. Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.4. Effective communication skills, both verbal and written.5. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and multitask effectively.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.7. Flexibility to work evenings and weekends as needed.
