Job Description:
Johnson Controls is seeking a driven and resilient Support Representative to join our team in Denver, Colorado. This full-time position at the Associate Level requires a minimum of 4 years of experience in customer support or a related field.
Responsibilities:- Provide technical support to customers via phone, email, and chat- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues in a timely and efficient manner- Document all customer interactions and solutions accurately- Collaborate with internal teams to escalate and resolve complex issues- Develop and maintain a thorough understanding of our products and services- Proactively identify opportunities to improve the customer experience
