Job Description:

Oneok is seeking a motivated and dedicated Support Officer to join our team on a part-time basis. This position will be based remotely in Seattle, Washington, US, at the Associate Level with a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. As a Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing assistance to the team in various administrative and operational tasks.

Responsibilities:- Provide support to the team by handling emails, calls, and other forms of communication- Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments- Maintain accurate records and documents- Conduct research and gather information as needed- Collaborate with team members on various projects and initiatives- Assist with general office tasks and organization

Requirements:- Minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role- Motivated and dedicated individual- Strong teamwork and problem-solving skills- Excellent communication skills- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Ability to work remotely and independently- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
