Job Description:
First American Financial is seeking a reliable and driven Support Officer to join our team in Denver, Colorado on a part-time basis. As an Associate Level Support Officer, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company.
Responsibilities:1. Assist with data entry and documentation management.2. Answer and direct incoming calls and emails.3. Coordinate schedules and meetings for team members.4. Conduct research and compile information as needed.5. Support the implementation of new processes and procedures.6. Collaborate with team members to complete projects and tasks.7. Provide general support to the office as needed.
Requirements:1. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field.2. Minimum of 4 years of experience in an administrative role.3. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.4. High level of adaptability and ability to multitask.5. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.6. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.7. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
