Job Description:
NCR is seeking a highly motivated and passionate Support Manager to join our team in Seattle, Washington. This is a full-time, work from home position with a mid-to-senior level of seniority, requiring a minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar role.
Responsibilities:- Lead a team of support representatives to provide exceptional customer service and technical support- Develop and implement strategies to improve support processes and efficiencies- Monitor support ticket queues and ensure timely and accurate resolution of customer issues- Analyze support metrics and performance data to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address customer needs and enhance product offerings- Train and mentor support team members to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to succeed- Act as a point of escalation for complex customer issues and provide resolutions in a timely manner
Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent work experience- 8+ years of experience in a customer support or technical support role- Strong leadership and communication skills- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively- Emotional intelligence and the ability to empathize with customers and team members- Strong teamwork skills and a collaborative mindset- Experience working in a fast-paced environment with changing priorities- Proficiency in CRM systems and support ticketing platforms
