Job description:

PPL is seeking a dedicated and confident Support Manager to join our team in San Antonio, Texas. This is a part-time position that offers the flexibility to work from home. As an Associate Level Support Manager, you will be responsible for managing a team of support specialists and ensuring the highest quality of customer service.

Responsibilities:- Manage a team of remote support specialists, providing guidance and support as needed- Develop and implement training programs for support staff to enhance their skills and knowledge- Monitor and analyze support metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Handle escalated customer inquiries and provide resolution in a timely manner- Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally- Stay up to date on industry trends and best practices to continuously improve support processes

Requirements:- Bachelor's degree in business, communications, or a related field- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer support role, with at least 2 years in a leadership position- Strong decision-making skills and emotional intelligence- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Proven track record of delivering high-quality customer service- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and customer support software- Ability to work independently and manage a remote team effectively- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and adapting to changing priorities- Must be based in San Antonio, Texas
