Job Description:

We are seeking a Support Manager to join our team at L-3 Communications in Seattle, Washington. As a Support Manager, you will play a crucial role in providing leadership and guidance to our support staff to ensure the overall success of our company. This position is part-time and is at the Associate level, requiring a minimum of 5 years of experience.

Responsibilities:- Manage and oversee the day-to-day operations of the support team- Provide ongoing training and mentorship to support staff- Develop and implement strategies to improve customer support processes- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and cooperation- Monitor performance metrics and make data-driven decisions to improve support services- Handle escalated customer complaints and find effective solutions- Assist in recruiting, hiring, and onboarding new support team members- Create and maintain documentation for support processes and procedures

Requirements:- Energetic and resilient personality traits- Strong communication and leadership skills- Ability to effectively manage and motivate a team- Excellent problem-solving abilities- Experience in customer support or related field- Knowledge of relevant software and tools for support management- Bachelor's degree in a related field preferred
