City Group Hospitality is a lively culinary atmosphere and is looking for someone to work within a close-knit team at our Beasoleil Coastal Cuisine concept. We emphasize creating an environment that welcomes everyone and maintains a high standard for food and people. We are now accepting applications for a Support position. This position assists servers in maintaining their tables during service and also involved in help clean the tables to get them ready for our next table of guests who dine with us. The Support position also helps in running food and drinks to the tables and is a great way to learn and grow into a server role. Our namesake, BROSSARD (Broussard), dit Beausoleil, JOSEPH, is a famed and revered leader of the Acadian people in the 1700's. This settler was remembered for his courageous and valiant efforts in the resistance of the Acadians against the British; Joseph Brossard was ultimately the first to bring the Acadian people to what we now call present-day Louisiana. It is with the rich cultural and memorable Louisiana history in mind that guides everything we do in the kitchen at Beausoleil Coastal.
