Job Description:
Cardinal Health is seeking a part-time Support Associate to join our team in Phoenix, Arizona. As a Support Associate, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and operational support to our clients. This position is at the Associate Level and requires at least 3 years of relevant experience.
Responsibilities:1. Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.2. Assist with order processing, inventory management, and shipment coordination.3. Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and timely delivery of products.4. Maintain accurate records and data entry in the company's systems.5. Contribute to process improvements and efficiency initiatives within the department.6. Represent Cardinal Health in a positive and professional manner at all times.
Requirements:1. Confident and motivated individual with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.2. Strong persuasion skills to influence customer decisions and drive business results.3. Excellent decision-making skills to prioritize tasks and problem-solve effectively.4. Minimum of 3 years of experience in a customer service or support role.5. Strong communication and interpersonal skills.6. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and experience with CRM software is a plus.
