Support Associate, Educational Technology Development

POSITION SUMMARY: Input, maintain, and support BJU Press Educational Technology content in our digital platforms
PRINCIPAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Prepare and upload new content received from Educational and Creative Development to the Educational Technology platforms.Review and maintain content of digital platforms including making necessary revisions to online files, renaming and reorganizing content.Assist in design and testing of new technologies.Assist with writing guidelines and manuals on digital platforms for BJU Press employees and customers.REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, AND ABILITIES: Excellent oral and written communication skills, especially in the area of explanation and descriptionProblem-solving ability in the area of computer programs and performanceTechnical aptitude--able to infer connections between various applications, programs, and operating systemsAbility to relate well with peopleAbility to work in a team environmentSelf-motivated to grow and learnExperience with solving computer-related problems preferredExperience with PC, Mac, iOS, and Android devices preferredHomeschool or Christian school experience a plusCOMPUTER SKILLS:  InDesignMicrosoft OfficeAdobe Acrobat Pro#LI-Onsite
