Responsibilities:
Provide expertise in global supply chain and inventory processes, implementing best practices. Implement cost-efficient and timely process plans to balance customer service, business objectives and product life cycles so that materials, parts, or products are in the right place at the right time. Monitor key dependencies and higher-level process flows that encompass multiple smaller processes. Oversee implementation of process improvements to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Provide leadership of Oracle applications and upgrades. Measure on time delivery from product source (internal foundries and externally procured items) to end customer and by means of big data manipulation determine road map to improve delivery. Analyze a multiplicity of data and information from several sources to lead planning of supply chain operations. Provide supply planning support for new product launches and phase outs of old products with minimal E & O liability; Liaise with product family representatives to support execution against forecast and firm orders. Contribute to the digitalization of ESCO Global Mining Capital Supply Chain processes, including planning, control, and execution. Drive the migration process from Oracle to the Kinaxis system for the Supply Planning Team, overseeing a seamless and successful transition. Develop and drive tooling diversification plan to reduce overall sourcing cost. Assume the role of a Subject Matter Expert in the centralized global Oracle Supply System. Analyze different scenario's based on demand and logistics parameters in Kinaxis and Oracle.

Full time employment, Monday – Friday, 40 hours per week.
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS:
Must have a bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Management or closely related field plus 4 years of supply chain planning experience OR a Master's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, Management or closely related field and 2 years of supply chain planning experience.



Of the required experience, must have 2 years of experience in all of the following:

Conducting supply chain analysis by developing level load plans for multiple value streams across multiple production plants including different types of foundry operations and fabrication operations;
Performing complex, multiple node network optimization analysis (a multiple parent-child relationship model) to identify optimal supply sourcing strategies based on a number of variables including plant capacity, logistics lead times, demand and forecast changes;
Executing against the plan or strategy once sourcing strategies are determined;
Balancing supply and demand through capacity and constraints management;
Using ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) software to implement designated design changes to the sourcing and supply network;
Using a highly customized ORACLE version R12.1.3 to execute supply planning within ERP;
Writing SQL reports and organizing data from ERP developed data tables into meaningful reports;
Advanced big data skills to determine key trends and patterns by manipulating multiple data resources, this requires advance SQL and excel levels; and
Developing sustainable reporting to be used by operations, supply planning, inventory planning and logistics to understand supply planning deployment.
Of the required experience, must have 1 year of experience in all of the following:
Running supply scenarios and developing reports in Kinaxis integrated planning and digital supply chain software.
Telecommuting permitted 2 days a week.
