Responsibilities
• Configure systems, business processes, and user security• Develop reports and research system-related issues• Collaborate with customers on system enhancements and fixes• Develop comprehensive project plans• Provide regular status updates on open issues and projects• Coordinate user acceptance testing• Seek out system and process improvements• Lead or participate in project teams• Train users on new data, software, tasks, processes, reporting, and analysis• Maintain effective relationships with caregivers
Requirements
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent required• 3-4 years proven experience in Warehouse Management operations• 3-4 years support of Warehouse Management software applications• Knowledge of Supply Chain operations and best practices• Knowledge of data analysis tools• Excellent organization skills and attention to detail• Effective oral and written communication skills• Ability to partner with SCM team members• Experience with project planning and implementation
