Be the owner of defined projects and deliver yearly target. Define project timelines, milestones, and deliverables Manage a cross-functional team of supply chain, engineering, quality, purchasing, testing, and others Proactively monitor progress on actions to ensure project safe launch Maintain organizational standards of satisfaction, quality, and performance Analyze, evaluate, and overcome program risks Produce program reports for management/stakeholders to sustain alignment Ensure projects have proper resources in place to deliver on time Perform analysis based on given data and make plans to contribute to overall supplier risk mitigation for NAA region Education & Experience:
Bachelor or Masters degree in Program Management, Engineering, Supply Chain, Business or related field BA/BS degree with 5-8 years' experience MA/MS degree with 3-5 years' experience Preferred experience working in a program management environment (directly or indirectly) Basic Qualifications:
Effective leadership, interpersonal and communication skills (both verbal and written) Knowledge of techniques for planning, monitoring, and leading programs Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail General understanding of the procurement process Ability to work in fast-pace environment and prioritize tasks Ability to collaborate with various functions and levels of management Analytical and problem-solving skills to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, minimize biases and apply sound resolutions If you live in a city, chances are we will give you a lift or play a role in keeping you moving every day.
