WHO we're looking for:

We are looking for a Supply Chain Forecast Analyst who will be responsible for working with the Team Lead to manage a specific range of reports or projects while working closely with the other SCM Planners. You will also manage tactical projects on behalf of the entire Supply Chain Team, and generate reports for internal Customers and Executive Management.

The Supply Chain Team is responsible for ensuring product availability to meet forecasted demand by the Sales Subsidiary. Forecasts are generated via consensus calls with Sales Teams, Marketing Teams, and with the Global Operations Center and tracked using spreadsheets, SAP, Tableau, Alteryx ,and internal Systems and Tools.

Role and Responsibilities:

Improved SCM Operation and Forecast Accuracy
Provide Monthly snapshot of demand forecast and major SCM KPIs by total and product level.
Analytically bridge the gap between planning and execution on a weekly basis.
Identify the main root cause of failures for each step of operation and Implement each cadence with all counterparts.
Drive operational requirements for new technology segments for the Display product group.
Reduced Potential Stock-Outs
Provide a List of Top Opportunities for review during internal meetings to ensure AP1 forecasts are entered (and orders placed to commits) to optimize WoS Stocking factoring in validated Opportunities.
Provide a Standardized Report for B2B CPFR Team to review with Tier 2 / Tier 3 Sales Teams or Distributors as required.
Improved Consensus between Sales/SCM/Marketing/Logistics
Improve collaboration and support to mitigate the target gap.
Monitor major SCM projects and ensure each progress on a weekly basis.

Required Experience and Education:

Minimum 5 years of work experience in a relevant field (Forecasting, Demand Planning, Metrics, Reporting).
Undergraduate Degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or similar.
Data Analysis / Project lead experience (using excel / SAP/ Tableau / Alteryx).

Necessary Skills and Attributes:
Self-motivated individual with the ability to thrive in a team-based or independent environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organization skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Limited supervision and the exercise of discretion.
Excellent Analytical and Computer Skills.
High proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Office Suite.
Excellent Communication skills (written, verbal).
Must be comfortable working in a multi-cultural business environment.
Must be available to work overtime if business need requires.

Requires considerable (90%+) work utilizing high visual acuity/detail, numeric/character distinction, and moderate hand/finger dexterity.

Performs work under time schedules and stress which are normally periodic or cyclical, including time sensitive deadlines, intellectual challenge, some language barriers, and project management deadlines. May require working additional time beyond normal schedule and periodic travel.
