As a Global Supply Chain Development Co-op role, you will play a crucial part in boosting supply chain department performance. Your responsibilities include managing processes and data improvement projects that align with ongoing supply chain initiatives. Key focus areas include developing data queries, performing analyses, driving emission reductions and supply chain resilience, and improving net material inflation. You will drive impactful changes across the organization by collaborating closely with global teams in supply chain, engineering, and quality. This hands-on co-op provides valuable experience in global supply chain management in relation to market trends, enabling you to directly contribute to Emerson's success.
IN THIS ROLE, YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES WILL BE: Analyze data and learn data analysis techniques. May deal with vendors or others outside of the organization. May be involved with new process implementation, involving developing procedures, completing problem analysis, job safety analysis, etc. WHO YOU ARE: You seek out experts and innovators to learn about the impact emerging technologies might have on your business. FOR THIS ROLE, YOU WILL NEED: Legal Authorization to work in the United States – sponsorship will not be provided for this role Enrollment in an accredited bachelor's degree program in Industrial, Business, Supply Chain, Management or Engineering Completion of at least 3 semesters of course work PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS THAT SET YOU APART: GPA 3.0 or higher Ability to work independently, learn new tasks/handle multiple tasks, solve problems, meet deadlines, and show strong self-motivation and initiative.
