About The Opportunity
Position Summary
This position is responsible for managing the overall data flow and accuracy through the system which will consist of management and analysis of customer inventory movement data, service center inventory movement data, , and presenting data findings to customers and internal leadership. Key Duties and Responsibilities (may vary to some extent based on customer segments and the specific scope of Asset Management work performed for specific customers)

1. Oversee a team responsible for managing daily transactions within the service center for accuracy and compliance to documented procedures

2. Maintain a record of perpetual inventory levels of returnable packaging within the service center with the expectation of maximum available inventory for the customer

3. Maintain shipping and receiving schedules for returnable packaging by interacting with the customer, and their system on a daily basis.

4. Openly communicate with ORBIS operations, sale, product management and customers, and carriers about reusable packaging orders, pickups, inventory, and general data issues

5. Track adjustments to returnable packaging inventory balances related to disposal or replenishment of the packaging fleet

6. Coordinate cycle counts and data audits to monitor reusable packaging inventory accuracy

7. Support problem solving activities to help resolve discrepancies related to reusable packaging identified by either ORBIS or the customer

8. Manage KPI's and scorecards related to the ongoing efficiencies of the Service Center.

9. Support the development, maintenance, and present reports to internal and external customers

10. Maintain and continuously improve relations with internal and external contacts and build reputation of a proactive problem solver

11. Performs basic troubleshooting practices in dealing with computer problems and connections to servers and server-based software.

12. Coordinates repairs with third party vendors and corporate IT

Other duties as assigned by site manager

Additional Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

1. Excellent communication skills using Email, Teams and Phone

2. Strong MS Excel skills, with experience using an inventory management system preferred

3. Ability to handle the stress of working with others and managing multiple projects

4. Ability to lead in meetings and by example

5. Self-directed and able to manage daily tasks and time

6. Ability to stand for 4+ hours a day

7. Ability to lift a minimum of 35 pounds

8. Ability to travel up to 25 % during new business startups within the network
