Supply Chain Clerical

The Supply Chain Clerical is responsible for support of various administrative processes in the materials department or warehouse.  Provide a resource to assist in addressing concerns in a timely manner. Help the Distribution Center manage daily phone calls and emails received. Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving a plus (Assist in coordination of Appointment window times & Intercompany Shuttle Trucks to & from the DC) Assist in Sales Order Process (Print & Track Completion of Sales Orders to Logistics) Assist in the pad & pole pick accuracy audits. Assist in the missing part data collection & communication. Assist with Orange Tag Reduction (Key parts delivered in the OTB file daily as needed) RF scanning experience (Assist in scan audits to ensure product matches the system) Ability to pull parts to lines as needed (Lift up to 50 lbs.) Track and follow Hot Part Requests Ability to complete various tasks (Relabel Racks, Print & Apply Barcodes to Product) Associate degree in office administration and three to five years of office administration supply chain experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience Knowledge & Skills Forklift Certified (Experience Operating a Forklift) Knowledge of Shipping & Receiving a plus (Assist in coordination of Appointment window times & Intercompany Shuttle Trucks to & from the DC) Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to communicate broadly and effectively in both verbal and written formats. Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power Point).
