Responsibilities
• Managing inventory• Processing purchase and repair orders• Handling invoices• Managing accounts payable and receivables• Ordering automotive parts, tools, and supplies• Answering phones and communicating with internal and external parties• Assisting with onboarding and training• Providing clerical support to on-site manager
Requirements
• High school diploma or equivalent• Valid Driver's License• Excellent verbal and written communication skills• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications• Willingness to work outdoors or in close proximity to a mechanical shop• Flexibility to work various shifts• Minimum of 1 year experience in office clerical work• Knowledge of auto parts and tools is a bonus
