Supplier Performance Manager

Are you ready to drive operational excellence and cost efficiency through supplier relationships? We're looking for a Supplier Performance Manager to join our dynamic team. This role is either based at our corporate office in Columbia, MO, or can be remote with occasional travel.
What You'll Do:
Develop and execute a strategic plan to optimize our supplier network.
Assess and document supplier capabilities, performance, and business requirements.
Identify and capitalize on opportunities to improve cost and service levels.
Negotiate favorable terms, pricing, and service agreements with suppliers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to evaluate and onboard new suppliers.
Manage supplier spend and contribute to budget forecasting efforts.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with supplier invoices.
Work closely with our Risk team to support enterprise-wide initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships within our supplier community.
Monitor and review supplier performance regularly.
