Responsibilities
• Ensure highest quality, efficiency, and effectiveness of patient care• Provide guidance, direction, and oversight for assigned team• Supervise patient care staff• Ensure appropriate staffing of patients• Coordinate and execute on-call scheduling• Ensure staff meets quality, safety, and competency requirements• Execute new staff orientation and ongoing training• Ensure staff compliance with operational policies and procedures• Promote and demonstrate Corporate Values• Participate in Performance Improvement Committee
Requirements
• Graduate of accredited school of nursing• Current State of Connecticut RN license• Bachelor's degree in nursing preferred• Minimum two years of home health experience as an RN• Working knowledge of OASIS and home health regulations• Forward-thinking with good problem-solving skills• Ability to articulate well and present ideas in a group• Ability to work independently and within a multidisciplinary team• Valid driver's license and proof of valid/current insurance
