Responsibilities Responsible and accountable for department operations, fiscal/financial management, quality, service, environment of care/safety, risk management, and human resource management. Supports the organizations vision, mission, goals and values.
Qualifications Must have a Bachelor's degree in a related field, or attain within three years of hire and 5 years' work experience with demonstrated leadership abilities required. Registry in a Radiology technical field required for clinical operations supervisors (e.g. ARRT, RDMS, CNMT). Additional Qualifications
Knowledge and understanding of general anatomy, physiology and medical terminology. Basic computer knowledge. Leadership, problem solving, verbal and written communication, and team building. Preferred: ARRT mammography registry within one year of employment. 3 years experience as an R.T. R, preferred. License or Certification Registered with the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists. Maintain MQSA mammography requirements. Current BLS certification or obtain within six months of hire. Active Wisconsin Radiographer License.
