What we need… We're looking for a Programming Supervisor to coach and mentor our hybrid software development team. The eForms team develops banking forms and documentation for COCC's financial institution clients, and this person will manage a group of developers while exploring new technologies to innovate and create efficiencies within processes. We're looking for a change agent with a creative problem solving style, who gets energy out of collaboration and sees the success of a team as mission critical.
