Responsibilities
• Develops policies, procedures and practices related to gift entry and acknowledgement• Oversees donation and gift management• Provides excellent customer service to donors, foundation, finance, tax, and other areas• Prepares reports for analysis and identifies performance trends• Manages and develops staff• Performs other duties as assigned
Requirements
• Associate's or Vocational degree in Business non-profit or related field required• Bachelor's degree in Business non-profit or related field preferred• 5 to 7 years of relevant philanthropy experience required• Experience working with Raisers Edge or Equivalent Database a Plus• Experience with Luminate a plus• Gift Processing Experience preferred• Ability to work independently, self-starter• Management experience a plus• Experience Working with a Finance Department a Plus• Previous Gift Processing experience a Plus
