Salary: $135,740-$157,071 annually Position Description:
The Bruin Learn team conceives, configures, monitors, defines, tests, delivers, monitors, optimizes, and refines Bruin Learn products and application technologies, including but not limited to learning management systems, third party tools, and campus integrations. . This department also works to optimize user experience, address digital accessibility needs, and establish the highest standards of quality assurance and release management for UCLA's administrative applications and technologies.
The Supervisor, Educational Technology Tools (Assessment, Grading, & Proctoring) will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Assessment, Grading, & Proctoring team, offering guidance, managing project timelines, and ensuring optimal resource allocation. They will oversee the development, implementation, and improvement of tools and strategies that support assessment, grading, and proctoring to further the university's strategic goals. Leading the team's prioritization and delivery plans, this leader will ensure alignment with organizational objectives, promoting continual growth and operational effectiveness. They will also service as the service leader for the associated tools. The Supervisor will engage with cross-functional teams, ensuring that tools and strategies meet both business and user needs while iterating and refining products with stakeholder feedback.
The Supervisor, Educational Technology Tools (Assessment, Grading, & Proctoring) will positively impact UCLA's operations and culture by enabling University stakeholders to effectively leverage Bruin Learn products and applications. This team member will advance the University's mission by delivering exceptional information technology services comprehensively and consistently across faculty, staff, and students. This role will execute UCLA's vision while modeling UCLA's culture and values. Special Instructions:
This position is eligible for a hybrid work arrangement that includes regular visits to campus as needed (for those who work remotely, travel/lodging expenses are not eligible for reimbursement).
The anticipated pay range for this position is $$135,740 - $157,071; salary is dependent upon the skills and experience of the selected finalist.
