Responsibilities
• Coordinate global import/export requirements and compliance• Promote a safe work environment and correct unsafe acts• Forecast and plan inventory• Develop and mentor personnel• Manage Key Performance Indicators• Supervise import/export documentation• Maintain staffing and hiring• Lead continuous improvement events• Prepare and maintain Standard Operating Procedures• Mentor distribution teams and improve process results
Requirements
• High school diploma or GED required, bachelor's degree preferred• At least 5 years of distribution experience• 4+ years of supervisory experience• Knowledge of Global Trade and Import/Export regulations• Extensive experience with warehouse management systems (WMS)• Proficient in root-cause analysis and problem-solving• Excellent communication and attention to detail• Proficient in Microsoft Office 365 applications• Ability to work nights and weekends
