Responsibilities
• Perform thorough bank and trade reference investigations• Interpret D&B reports to make informed credit decisions• Maintain and reconcile accurate account aging• Communicate with customers and distributors to collect receivables• Develop and maintain relationships with sales organizations• Prepare and distribute month end/quarter end reports• Manage manufacturing backlog, A/R reporting, and Order Management• Supervise a segment of the Company's receivables• Cross train and be knowledgeable in daily management tasks• Supervise Senior Credit Analyst
Requirements
• BA or BS degree• 6-10 years credit and collections experience• Experience in manufacturing/technology environment• Experience with domestic and international customers• Hands-on knowledge of SAP A/R and Order Management• Strong financial analysis skills• Strong communication skills• Supervisory experience• Proficiency in Excel, Word, and Peoplesoft
