We're an innovative alternative to traditional pharmacy benefit managers, dedicated to cutting costs in the drug supply chain to enhance medication affordability. As part of our continuous expansion, we're excited to add a Supervisor to our Claim Adjudication Operations within our Government Programs department.
This role is not available to residents of AK, HI, ME, MS, NH, NM, ND, RI, SC, SD, WV, WY.
Your Role and Impact
As a Supervisor, you'll be instrumental in ensuring the Claim Adjudication Operations team operates smoothly and efficiently, always aligning with our customer-first philosophy. You will:
Champion efforts to exceed customer expectations.
Lead by example, providing top-notch customer service with a focus on collaboration and clear communication.
Foster a vibrant team environment that encourages innovation and growth.
Drive operational excellence, crafting value-add solutions for our customers.
Strategically organize, plan, and allocate resources to prioritize customer needs.
Manage staffing effectively across recruitment, supervision, scheduling, and performance evaluation.
Facilitate decision-making and problem-solving to ensure team success.
Adhere to and advocate for strict compliance with procedures, guidelines, and relevant laws.
What We Look For
A foundation of education (two or four-year degree) or equivalent work experience (minimum of four years).
Strongly prefer experience in Claim Adjudication Operations or related fields.
Prior professional experience in the PBM industry is a plus.
Familiarity with data privacy practices, healthcare industry standards, and HIPAA.
Excellent team collaboration skills and a respectful, cooperative demeanor.
Knowledge in human resource management principles is beneficial.
