Responsibilities
• Utilize commercial HVAC and Refrigeration skills to complete repair jobs• Adhere to maintenance schedules and guidelines• Conduct inspections, cleaning, and repairing facilities, equipment, or fixtures• Receive and document repair Work Orders• Provide prompt response to emergency maintenance calls• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and guidelines
Requirements
• High School Diploma or equivalent• Vocational or Technical HVAC/R certification and 6 months' experience, OR 2 years total work experience in related field• Type I and Type II EPA certifications• Large-Scale Rack Refrigeration Experience• Valid Driver's License• Able to lift up to 75 lbs• Comfortable working at heights and on ladders
