Supervise through Senior Process Controllers.Establish tactical and strategic goals, objectives, policies and procedures in assigned area within the businessDirect Supervisors and other staff in daily operationsInspect daily operations and projects in progress and upon completion to ensure quality of workProvide administrative and technical direction to staff; interpret policies and procedures established by regulatory agenciesOversee and recommend the selection of key staff; participate in the selection of staffWork with employees to correct deficienciesImplement disciplinary procedures and recommend terminationsInvestigate complaints and recommend corrective action as necessaryForecast necessary fund for staffing, materials and supplies, and capital improvement projectsSubmit budget recommendations and justifications; Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
