Superintendent - Multi-Family Construction

We are an established multi-family commercial builder based in Greensboro, NC, and we have plenty of work lined up for the near future. While other builders in the area have seen a slow-down in the market, our diversified portfolio of Multi-Family, Affordable Housing, Adult Living, rehabs, and more, allow us to continue to grow! We need a Superintendent to help us continue to serve our clients efficiently, honestly, and with quality craftsmanship. What You Will Be Doing Our Superintendents will be working on both ground-up construction, as well as rehabs and commercial repurposing jobs. You will be working on-site at our projects, which are all located around North Carolina, South Carolina, and southern Virginia.
You will be leading our on-site project efforts from beginning to end, in conjunction with our seasoned team of professionals. Typical ground-up projects are 80-300 units garden/podium/wrap walk-up builds no taller than four stories, though you'll see the occasional interior corridor, and some occasional TI, upfit, and adaptive reuse projects. What You Need for this Position Required:
- 3 years' experience w/ Multifamily Construction -- preferably up to 4 stories, 100+ units.
- Ground-up construction experience
- Type III/Type V Construction Experience
- Podium Construction Experience
- Wood Frame Construction Experience
- Willingness to travel to and between sites in various parts of NC, SC, up to southern VA
