Full job description Description: A client of ours in metro-Detroit is seeking an experienced Superintendent to join their newly awarded project team. This person will oversee the construction process and will be responsible for overall construction activities within the established design, budget and scheduling guidelines. This can include planning and scheduling, organizing, directing and controlling activities on the construction site. Responsibilities: -Oversee and coordinate all work activities to ensure it's completed safely, on schedule, and high quality, within the project plans and specifications. -Report to the PM on the project, and work with closely with both the PM and the PE assigned to the project. -Oversee creation and completion of the punch list process. -Work with the Owner's rep on project schedule. -Use MS office suite, including Word, Excel, Outlook,etc.
