Superintendent - Commercial Construction

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced Superintendent to join our team and oversee all construction projects. This person will be responsible for providing essential leadership to ensure the success of our projects. The Superintendent will work directly with project managers to oversee the coordination of personnel, materials, and all other resources needed to complete the project in a safe, timely, and efficient manner.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise all stages of construction projects from start to finish Ensure that all safety protocols are followed at all times Maintain a positive work environment for all personnel Develop and maintain each projects schedule, budget, and quality control standards Communicate with project managers and other stakeholders to ensure good working relationships Adhere to all local, state, and federal regulations Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during construction Ensure that all work is completed on time and within budget Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Construction Management or related field 3+ years of experience in commercial construction OSHA 30 certification CPR/First Aid certification Strong problem-solving and communication skills Leadership experience and the ability to manage a team Proficiency with MS Office, project management software, and other related programs Benefits Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S.
